Dimension
Left - the distance of the left edge of the ellipse from the left edge of the label.
Top - the distance of the top edge of the ellipse from the top edge of the label.
Width - the width of the ellipse, must be a positive value
Height - the height of the ellipse, must be a positive value
Rotation Angle - the rotation of the ellipse in degrees. The valid range is 0 to 360 degrees. At 0 degree, the ellipse is aligned with the X-axis.
