The following options allow you to specify how the document should be printed:
Printer
Displays the active printer and printer connection. Choose the
Properties
option to change the printer properties.
Quantity
Number of Labels
- This field indicates the number of labels to print. Regardless of whether the
data for each label is fixed, obtained from a database, or generated by a
counter; the actual number of labels printed is determined only by this value.
Read from Database field
- the database field that specify the number of labels to print. SmartCode
Studio will print each label according to the number indicated in the database
field.
Start Position
- The position of the first label in the page to start printing from
More parameters for the print quantity can be set by clicking the
Options
button.
Records - Indicates the database records that are selected for
printing. By default, all database records are selected. To choose the records
manually, click the Select
button, which will launch the Select Records
dialog.
Remarks
This field is enabled if your document include database-linked shapes, such as
barcode or text that derived its data from a database. For this feature to turn
on, the document must contain one and only one table. The document may contain
several database-linked shapes, each referencing a different field in the
table.
Print Range
Specifies the pages you want to print:

All
- Prints the entire document.
-
Selection
- Prints the currently selected text.

Pages - Prints the range of pages you specify in the
From and To fields.
Copies
Specifies the number of copies you want to print for the above page range.
Collate Copies - Prints copies in page number order, instead of
separated multiple copies of each page.
Advanced Options
Click this button to change the advanced
printing options such as Crop Marks
and Printer Calibration.
