Select Records Dialog |
This dialog allows you to select database records for printing. It is displayed when you click the Select button in the Print Dialog .
Records - the selected records to print. By default, all records are selected, and this field shows the string 1-n (n is the number of records in the table). You may also select records by typing into this box manually and clicking the Refresh button.
The format for this field is
a-b, c-d, e-f, .....
(where a,b,c,d,e,f are numbers) meaning
a to b
c to d
e to f
For example, if this field shows 1-3, 6-7, 9-11, 12-15 , then the selected records are 1,2,3,6,7,9,10,11,12,13,14,15
Filter & Sort - click this button filter and/or sort the database records. It will bring up a dialog for you to choose the sort and filtering criteria. For more information, please refer to the Filter and Sort Dialog.
Refresh - click this button to refresh the records selection in the grid
Database Grid - The records are displayed in this grid. Highlighted rows indicate records that are selected for printing. You may toggle a record selection by holding the control key and clicking the leftmost column.
Select All - click this button to select all records
Unselect All - click this button to unselect all records
